M/s. Dev Structural India Pvt. Ltd., was incorporated on 28th Day of March 2006. The promoters promoted the company.Originally all the promoters of the company were carrying out the business since 1998. On 23/11/2002, these three promoters came together and formed a partnership firm under the name and style of M/s Dev Constructions. This partnership firm formed in 2002 was carrying out the business in various infrastructure projects viz. Road Development, Mining & Constructions etc.

However, to corporatise their operations, all the partners of the firm decided to convert the aforesaid firm into a joint stock company. Accordingly after obtaining the due permission from the registrar of companies, Bangalore, Karnataka and joint stock company namely M/s. Dev Structural India Pvt. Ltd., was incorporated. After incorporation the company has taken over the running business of the erstwhile partnership firm as a going concern and all assets, movable, immovable and other rights, debts and liabilities of the firm were transferred in the name of the company.
